Methods of booking and access
Direct access, without booking:
Check in, in possession of referral from the attending physician along with T.E.A.M. - European Health Insurance Card, in the secretary's office of the Sample Collection Centre – situated on the ground floor: the patient may enter from 8.00 to 10.00, from Monday to Friday.
With scheduling of the day and time of the sampling:
Check in, in possession of referral from the attending physician, in the secretary's office of the Sample Collection Centre from Monday to Thursday, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 13.30 to 15.30 and on Friday from 11.00 to 12.30 and from 13.00 to 14.00.
Alternatively, send a fax to: 011.993.3369 indicating the day and time of the sampling, a contact telephone number, copy of the referral and front and back copy of health service card (T.E.A.M. European Health Insurance Card).
Results for collection
The results will be available from the date indicated on the referral prescription, handed over at check-in, at the following times:
Monday – Thursday: 13.30 – 15.30
Venerdì: 13.00 – 14.00
On request, the result of the tests may be sent via e-mail (if there are no attachments), by ordinary mail (without additional costs) or via fax.
